FEI’s program focuses on giving students hands-on instruction and practice on the basics and fundamentals of pastry and baking. This allows students develop the right skills, techniques, speed, agility, tools and equipment knowledge, work ethic, and overall preparation to start their new career in pastry and baking arts.
